We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, heavy damage, or issues requiring specialized restoration.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or maintenance issues discovered during cleaning.
Some items (e.g., chandeliers, delicate décor, high-value items) may not be cleaned due to safety risks.

If you are dissatisfied, you must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide safe access to your property.
Secure valuables and fragile items.
Inform us of any special instructions, sensitive materials, or restricted areas.
Ensure water and electricity are available at the property.

We are not responsible for damages caused by faulty utilities or hazardous environments.
